TTG is the best for PT, especially post op. The individualized care makes a huge difference. I’d say the same for the training too. The combo has been key is rebuilding muscle strength long term. Plus, you can’t beat the staff. Truly the best people.

Thanks to The Training Ground, for the rehabilitation on my shoulder. Everyone kept telling me that the rehab on my shoulder was the worst. However, thanks to The Training Ground Staff, it has been a breeze. Staff at The Training Ground, are knowledgeable, professional, and very attentive to the needs of there patients. To me the staff at The Training Ground, steps out of the normal ho hum box, and thinks of fun and inventive ways to improve your movement and strength.

My on going Physical Therapy experience is excellent, and I feel well cared throughout each treatment. The staff is professional, attentive, and supportive, and my physical therapist exceeds all of my expectations.
