Love this space, run by great people, we've been very lucky to use it and hope we can for years to come.
This place has been a game changer for me - working firstly with Helen and now with the amazing Linzie, I am coming away each week stronger, more confident and wanting to push myself more. Cannot speak highly enough and recommending to everyone I know!
Excellent trainers (especially Ricky) who care about facilitating a friendly, focused, and hard working environment to get results. Also adjusts to all skill and experience levels. Sometimes comes with his assistant Bullet the Staffy to help coach you back up through the push-ups. 5/5

As a PT this space is such a welcoming and convenient place to do business! With a PAYG model, it gives me the freedom to go in and out with clients as it fits their schedule! Kate and the team are amazing and I'd highly recommend this gym if you're a PT looking for flexible or someone wanting to get started with your training! TDP houses a number of PT's all with difference backgrounds and experience so you can find something just for you!
