I don't live at The Trails housing complex in Malone but for a while now it's a mixed experience. The units themselves are quite nice - they're relatively newer construction with good layouts and decent space. The complex also has some great amenities, including nice outdoor areas and a playground that the kids absolutely love.The location is convenient and the grounds are generally well-kept from an appearance standpoint. The units have modern features and feel comfortable to live in.However, I'm only giving 3 stars because... read more
