A new tenant here and I must say both listing agent Diana and manager Elisa made my move so easy and with no issue. Diana was very efficient and kind with her work and showed me several units while I was exploring my options. Elisa (love her accent btw) was equally as wonderful and made the move-in process so very easy. The process of submitting my application, getting approved and moving in was so beyond quick and efficient I didn’t even get to buy furniture yet 🤪.
Do not trust any recent review, the management team did a raffle offering $300 if people wrote "POSITIVE" reviews on here in order to inflate their ratings and hopefully get more people renting here. I'm assuming because the older reviews (not even a year old) are more truthful and not just 5 starts. But here is the truth. You do not get what you are paying for. you get one parking spot per bedroom you have, and the other parking is extremely scarce. I love living here! From the moment I moved in, I've been impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the attentive staff. The apartment is filled with natural light, making it a joy to come home to every day. What sets this place apart for me is how incredibly dog-friendly it is. The pet amenities are top-notch, from the well-maintained dog park to the convenient waste stations throughout the property. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my decision to call this place home! Just look at how happy my bubby looks!
Overall it's a very lively apartment with a lot of amenities.
I just moved out and the support from the community team has been amazibg! Since the tour on the different floors when I was taking the decision to the welcome gifts, all those big and smalls details have making me feel like home
