Arrived at a campground in Pigeon Forge, TN of a Friday afternoon to find a broken leaf spring. Call The Trailer Shop, they had a tech out Saturday morning to replace the broken leaf spring. Tech was friendly answered any questions I had. Pricing was what I would say are normal shop rates. Highly recommend and will be my first call if I find myself in eastern Tennessee needing assistance.
Fitted our truck with a hitch and a really good deal on the ball! Quick parts delivery and install. Called Tuesday just prior to closing and the parts were there Thursday and installed that afternoon in time for the weekend! The shop has many varieties of like items for purchase. Called first thing last Monday, 5/5, and had an appointment the next day to have 1 trailer brake looked at on our travel trailer. Service tech called first and arrived on time. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered lots of questions we had about the issue we experienced. Come to find out, the brake had re-adjusted itself during our drive and there wasn't anything that needed repair.
