Fitted our truck with a hitch and a really good deal on the ball! Quick parts delivery and install. Called Tuesday just prior to closing and the parts were there Thursday and installed that afternoon in time for the weekend! The shop has many varieties of like items for purchase. Excellent customer service and cash discounts! Highly recommend!!
Called first thing last Monday, 5/5, and had an appointment the next day to have 1 trailer brake looked at on our travel trailer. Service tech called first and arrived on time. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered lots of questions we had about the issue we experienced. Come to find out, the brake had re-adjusted itself during our drive and there wasn't anything that needed repair. We had an issue with our boat trailer and live 5 hours away. After a failed attempt with a marina to fix it, Tom was dispatched and quickly diagnosed the problem! Extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions! Thank you for bailing us out!!
These people are the best! Very reasonable and service was amazing! Tom was awesome. Stuck on 40 and he handled replacing 2 wheels like he was is a shop instead of a busy highway! Went above and beyond!
