The Trailer Shop did a great job rebuilding my dump trailer. It needed a ton of work and Mickey knocked it out quickly and at a great price. His work is quality and attention to detail is amazing. I cannot say enough good things about Mickey and The Trailer Shop for keeping us on the road. I highly recommend them for any trailer needs!
The guy’s at The Trailer Shop are awesome! They’re professional, courteous and quick. These guy’s care about their customers and their trailers, and will do anything to help make sure your trailer is safe and ready to pull. We had a wheel stud that needed to be replaced on one of our company trailers and they also suggested a few other things that needed attention and were quick to take care of us! For ya hot shot guys and gals. Tom is a solid guy, fair prices too! Was able to come out on Saturday. To the truck stop. Very transparent to the work being done.
Tom is amazing! We were stopping overnight in Seiverville with our jet ski in tow- when we got to our hotel I did the normal trailer inspection and one hub had the outer bearing go completely out. I called Tom Sunday morning and he was at our hotel in 1 hour. Tom replaced the hub, inspected the other one- and sent us on our way. No problems since! Tom is awesome, we need one of him in every town!
Wow. Tom is awesome!! Smart, friendly, professional, incredible work ethic. We drove cross country to the Sevierville area pick up our new big rig fifth wheel and needed an installer to install a special Gen-Y gooseneck hitch. He had the highest recommendation from All State Trailer in Knoxville. He completed a very difficult job in a decent amount of time. We also hired him to pack bearings on the new rig.
