Ordered leaf springs at the beginning of last week. They were supposed to be delivered by the end of last week, but got lost in transit apparently. I called them right when they opened on Monday this week to alert them and try to get replacement springs en route ASAP, with their Monday shipments. I was told they would be shipped same day, however they weren't. Sorriest company I have ever dealt with. The order was split up, didn’t get all of it until 3 days later and it was the wrong parts. It took for ever to get someone on the phone. Someone finally called me back. Unexplained to them that I worked on trailers and they had sent the wrong parts. Another 4 days later they have not sent the parts yet. So that means that this trailer is taking space in my shop and costing me money why they figure it out. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS FLY BY NIGHT COMPANY.
