I ordered the TK trailers 3.5k axle kit. It shipped quickly but I only received one box, the leaf springs and hanger kit. I called in and customer service was great…..sort of. They informed me it was a two box delivery. I had one tracking number but the lady informed me it was out for delivery just on a different truck. 4 days later and same results. Out for delivery. Overpriced basically a scam. They tried to charge $50 for just the shipping of two trailer brake assemblies. A 7 dollar junction box was $20 in shipping cost. They also tacked on a tariff tax as a separate line item, which definitely was arbitrarily calculated. I went and got the same assemblies shipped and delivered to my house for less than half Despite that assembly being made in China. No tariff was added at the end and the shipping was free.
