I walked in to purchase a pair of sunglasses. The sunglasses I was looking at are upwards of $200. My husband had a quite expensive pair of pants in his hand as well waiting on me to make up my mind. I entered the store wearing my mask, I raised my mask in between trying on sunglasses and looking in the mirror. They have a nice selection of merchandise and the store is a lot bigger than it looks from the outside. Both employees who helped me find and purchase the perfect pair of hiking boots were very helpful and personable.�
Great staff, good pricing.
I took a pair of ski boots in for an repair issue under warranty with a tight time frame. Doug and Jesse as well as the rep for the brand were more than accommodating to my time constraints. I highly recommend this store for more than the products, but the customer service. Great job!
