Honestly, I hired this attorney because I recently moved to a new area and didn’t have my usual traffic lawyer. During our phone call, he made it sound like he would work with the prosecutor to arrange a deal where the ticket would go away after six months with a small fine. There was no mention of traffic school or that I would need to sign a formal plea-in-abeyance agreement.
