Customer service stinks! We ordered our signs with 3 biz days ETA. They shipped it to wrong address - they're fault, they admit it. The pkg took 9 more days, as we tracked it. Emailed request for shipping refund and their cust svc, Randy, denied it. Called him, he said we should be happy we got the signs within 2 weeks. Asked to speak to someone else, he said "already denied" and hung up on me. Horrible! He needs some lessons in Cust Svc.
