The electricity is submetered here by AP&L. They turned off our electricity without notice on a day below freezing because that business stopped sending us an emailed bill invoice to pay it. They would not turn it on unless we paid their extra fees for their mistake. They are not held by the same laws in Ohio to protect consumers from abuse by electrical companies.
