Having sought someone to fix the structural issues in my 1825 house for over a year, it was wonderful to have Jon come out, give a quote and set a date for work in a timely manner. He was able to work with our schedule for the heating system and did an amazing job! I am so grateful for the work and how polite and tidy they were as well. My home in Sunapee was built in 1860. Jonathan and his crew did a fantastic job of leveling the floors and he personally custom crafted new basement steps. He answered all my phone calls and always got back to me in a timely manner. He is trustworthy and sincere and his workmanship is high quality. I will be using his services again!!!

The Tradesmen LLC is an A1 five star company. Jon and his crew saved our shed/mini barn from “sliding down the slope”. The job required the building to be lifted, dig out the old foundation and replace it with new. I live in a town that requires a building permit and inspections of any structural work being done on your property. When the inspector arrived he said they were doing a terrific job and that this building is never going anywhere! On time, on budget and a real pleasure working with Jon and his team

Jon and his crew were easy to work with and they’re great at their job. They replaced two large pieces of the sill of our old home, replaced five windows (new construction windows, not replacement windows), and replaced the supports of our barn. Jon has a lot of knowledge and you can see it in his work. We would definitely recommend this company.

Jon shored up our sagging, late 1800's barn and replaced a portion of the sill of our 1780's farmhouse. He also re-sided, added insulation, and installed new windows on the west end of our house. His work is excellent. We recommend him without reservation.
