I have used Richard at The Trade Source for over 13 years, when I had rental and on my personal residence. He always responds quickly, and shows up on time, gives an assment of the problem then gives you options on repairs. He has never done a hard sell on new equipment and has always come up with repair when possible. Great service very friendly and fair. I highly recommend Richard and The Trade Source
