Joey Martinez came out today. Our washer drain was backing up and clogged somewhere. He was EXCELLENT! He explained thoroughly and patiently what could be the issue. He had modern equipment and cameras and was able to show us exactly where the clogs were. He was honest upfront and the prices were fair. He even tested the potential water damage we have in the drywall. This was so important to me. Last night, my husband was taking out the trash when he noticed water near our home. We quickly assessed the situation and reached out to The Trade Society for help. Even though it was 9:00 PM, he was available to assist us and helped ensure that our water was turned off to prevent any further damage. His pricing has also been very reasonable, and I appreciate that he seems mindful of our budget while still making sure the job is done correctly. We’ve called him for several plumbing needs, including an emergency water line repair, and he has been dependable every time. It’s difficul... read more
