These guys give used car dealers a good name! I bought a used Jaguar from them and it turned out to have an issue buried deep that nobody could have known about. Jamie of the Trade In Post was fantastic - it took us a while to track down the cause of the issue but he was so helpful and stuck with it until it was sorted out. DISAPPOINTING! I visited the Trade In Post on Saturday after a friend recommended it, hoping to look for a car… Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I dealt with an employee named James, who was condescending and rude throughout. I left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable, no customer should ever feel that way. Days later, I’m still thinking about how upsetting the interaction was, which says a lot. I will not be returning .
