First off, the good reviews for this guy are lies, look at the profile of the posters; they give 5 stars to a few different companies all in different states and the same companies between different 5 star profiles. We hired him to represent us in a foreclosure. We were told story after story about how he personally saved people from losing their homes and then turned around and sued the bank successfully. I can rave all day about Adam's professionalism and effectiveness, but the one thing that we loved was the compassion he had for my family. We honestly thought we would loose our home where my children grew up and had all their friends and memories. My family was so fortunate to have him represent us.
I was originally with another attorney and realized he did not know enough to help me with my foreclosure. I was referred to Adam S. Tracy and found that he was truly knowledgeable on the subjet of foreclosure. Despite us not having paid our mortgage in over two years, he was able to negotiate a resolution with the bank and got us a loan modification
Not taking away from the fact that Mr. Tracy is a top attorney, I was lied to several times by this firm via email and verbal contact concerning an agreement I entered into with this law firm. I was told by some assistant after she and I agreed on the exact dollar amount owed after being sent half . I never received the amount agreed upon in writing for the work I had done, I received only half and it didn't arrive for two weeks after it was supposed to, and that same assistant told me twice she knew nothing about this, a st... read more
