I bought an LS tractor from The Tractor Place of New Hampshire in November of 2023. A few months later, in February 2024, I needed warranty service and it took several attempts to reach Ed before I finally got a response; and then an additional two weeks before he acted on it - and this is after having paid extra for their 'customer hotline' service when we bought the tractor.
