Really disappointed! As a woman with 5 acres to mow I thought I had found a woman owned business I could trust. If you have anything serviced there you better double check to make sure the mechanic does what you pay him to do. By the time I'm pushed to leaving a bad review, I'm done. He didn't just "miss the mark"...he missed about 4 marks. That's just what is obvious. A little acknowledgement would go a long way. Hopefully this will make him the "Good" mechanic you think he is.
Tractor Barn is an excellent group. Their service is top notch! They are straight shooters who aren’t out to gouge you. We’ve used them for repair work and new equipment and couldn’t be happier with their staff and workmanship! Highly recommend!! PS-We always appreciate talking with Blake and Patrick!
I have been mowing yards for many years and have used different mower repair shops, I have to say I had the best experience here, one shop had said that the engine of my mower was blown, I had made different calls around town and this place was willing to work with me and help me out with this, they worked on the mower pretty quickly and found out it was the starter. Blake was awesome in helping us get our first zero turn mower! I've always wanted one, and now have the opportunity to not only get a great Ferris model with that killer suspension but to have it serviced by a quality company as well! Thanks again!
