The Trace apartments are the worse place I have ever live. The pictures they are showing. My name is Annie Isable. Go on my Facebook page. I posted pictures of how these apartments are. They don't fix anything. Just put a bandage on. The rented that apartment with a bad foundation. When it's a hard rain. Water come through my bedroom wall. I moved in October the fifteen. And it's been a nightmare! When it rains the water come through the wall in my bedroom. The carpet be soak. I have had to my bed in the living room and now it in the kitchen. I believe mold is in Wall. I'm buying a mold tester. If they would get real contractors to fix the problem. Instead of jackets I believe it could be fixed. I'm ready to get out of these Apartments
Would have been a good place to live but did a tour and the lady who gave me, my wife and 2 small children a tour didn’t say a single word to any of us, seemed like we where a inconvenience to her but she sure was on that phone
