My fiancé and I have spent a little over a year at The Trace and we have some thoughts. From the moment we took a tour to today we have had nothing but excellent experiences with not only the leasing office, but our neighbors too. Tiana and the rest of The Trace staff have always taken time to answer all of our questions and go out of their way to make us feel at home. I cannot rave enough about this apartment complex. I had to move in very short notice due to a situation I was going through and they were so kind and understanding and willing to help me out. Staff is so kind and always happy to help when you reach out. If you’re looking for an amazing complex to live at, look at this!! Oh btw I have a tv in my mirror!! Like what other apartment complex does that?
My overall leasing process with Tiana was AMAZING. Worked very well with me under stressful circumstances. I've been visiting my friends at this complex for years and the facility and units are always well kept, always tidy. Great neighbors in an easy accessible area. I will always recommend The Trace as a place of living
We love it, my fiance and I we just moved from Texas, Tiana the property manager was extremely helpful and help us find an apartment fast and wonderful, she was attentive and nice. The apartments are amazing, really clean, feels like home and the neighborhood is the most safe that we found, thanks Tania, for everything and now we can call the trace our new home 🥰
