We love it, my fiance and I we just moved from Texas, Tiana the property manager was extremely helpful and help us find an apartment fast and wonderful, she was attentive and nice. The apartments are amazing, really clean, feels like home and the neighborhood is the most safe that we found, thanks Tania, for everything and now we can call the trace our new home 🥰

The community feels safe and welcoming, plus the maintenance team is always quick to help with any issues. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place to live!
My husband has been a resident at The Trace for 4+ years, and nearly 2 myself. We have honestly had nothing but a positive experience our entire duration here! Tiana and the rest of the management team are extremely helpful and accommodating. The Maintenance team is friendly and very quick when service is needed.
