I recently moved into this apartment and I couldn't be happier! The management is super friendly and responsive, the amenities are top-notch, and the location is perfect for my needs. The community feels safe and welcoming, plus the maintenance team is always quick to help with any issues. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place to live!
My husband has been a resident at The Trace for 4+ years, and nearly 2 myself. We have honestly had nothing but a positive experience our entire duration here! Tiana and the rest of the management team are extremely helpful and accommodating. The Maintenance team is friendly and very quick when service is needed. Writing this 6 months post move out, but I lived here for three years and loved my one bed room apartment. The managers do care about the facility and treated me very kindly and were always willing to help with any questions or concerns I had. They clearly care about the property. I had a wonderful spot, my plants were thriving. It felt safe. It’s also so close to many beautiful hiking spots and wineries. The residents are wonderful and I made some really awesome friends.
