I can't thank the team at The Toy Shop enough! I had a very weird and sporadic issue with my ABS brakes going off randomly in my Rav4 while driving which was incredibly scary and dangerous. It would cause the car to think it was slipping and brake out of nowhere. This was also so hard to diagnose because it would be miles and miles before it would happen and be undrivable until turning the car off and on. I’ve owned a bunch of Toyotas and Lexus vehicles and I always take them to Greg and his squad. They do excellent work and they’re extremely reasonable and fair on their pricing. Highly recommended.
Had to wait a little bit to get my girlfriends Tacoma in but I have to say that it was worth it. Thought the wheel bearing was going out and the shop confirmed that was the case. However, upon picking up the truck after payment, it was apparent that the issue still persisted. We gave them a call back and they were able to get us back in quickly and realized they had replaced the wrong side. They took care of the side that was worn out no problem and free of charge. Gave The Toy Shop a call after getting the runaround from a Toyota dealership and boy am I glad I did! From the initial call onward everyone was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They were able to get me in quickly, fixed my issue, AND didn't overcharge me or try to insist I needed an expensive and unnecessary "diagnostic test" like the dealership did. Will come to The Toy Shop for anything my Camry needs from now on!
Awesome shop! Greg got me in last minute and made sure to fix my car and make it safe for my road trip! Amy upfront is wonderful and was great with communication! Couldn’t recommend this shop more!
