(Never take anything to the toy box) slack workers, terrible customer service, told me it took them 6 hours to clean an engine. Engine was taken out of the bike and dropped off cleaned ready to go bhys honestly don’t have a clue and are used to suckin money out of peoples pockets, Honda one, yisemans,costal. Will be quicker and cheaper and the mechanics actually have a clue. Had my motorcycle in for spring service. Pleased with the service and price. My bike was running very good on the way in. It was running excellent on the way home. Staff are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I am glad I was introduced to BMW motorcycles by The Toy Box. They also have a great selection of motorcycles and apparel for sale.
If there was a 0 star option I would have selected it, I will never go back here after having a horrible experience. I dropped off a dirt bike wheel for a tire replacement, was told it would get done within a day, it then took 3 days and costed 3 times the amount which was told. This place taught me to get quotes in writing, plus the guy who served me was likely a crack head lol.
Wonderful, professional staff were quickly able to locate and provide a part for my Husqvarna snowblower. The fact that this store is open on Saturdays is a huge positive for folks who need parts on the weekend after a snow storm! Highly recommend on that basis alone. See you next time I need parts for my snowblower. Well done The Toy Box! +++Recommend
