RecommendedI have to say that in 15 years of traveling around the nation I have stayed at many apartment complexes as well as townhomes and generally speaking when things don’t go exactly to plan the institution takes the standpoint of defending themselves. My experience at the townhomes of liberty Ridge has been positive because the owner directly stays involved with the tenants as well as the property and is not afraid to take managerial action to solve and resolve issues.
The TownHomes are not made to quality and the front office staff are money hungry to say the least. They do NOT work with nor care for the tenants. We are in that fight right now. I would NOT recommend these and several others are posting reviews echoing the same. There is discussion of a tenants union to help control some of the issues. The owner is reasonable but the staff are horrid ! Zero business skills.
The community is quiet, friendly, and very up to date. The property manager is very helpful. The townhome was very well equipped and felt like home.
Do not rent here. They will keep your deposit and charge you double after you move out. Lived there for three years they never came to freshen up paint and then had the nerve to charge me to repaint the entire town house plus charged me to replace the flooring that was water damaged the first week I lived there from the poor construction on the unit next store. Not sure if they know what regular wear and tear means but they will charge you for everything. Going to be calling a lawyer today.......
Overpriced, mediocre construction with nice fixtures. No sidewalks making it very unsafe for children.
My husband and I had a great experience living here after our house sold. The townhome was impeccably clean upon move in. The granite countertops in the kitchen are beautiful. Liberty Ridge is one of the few rental options in Findlay that allows for shorter leases and two pets. Mr. Yates was extremely pleasant, punctual answering questions, and made the move in/move out process effortless. I highly recommend.
I looked at all apartments in Findlay before renting and they are by far the highest quality in town.
