I do not recommend that you make your next home or you first home a century home especially not one in this community. Problems were first started with the blue tape inspection this was very rushed was only aloted about a half an hour worth of time. During the inspection when it came to small concerns was tolld that i should not be so nit pick over issues which I feel is a bit of a rude responce especially to someone buying a over half a million dollar house. I am a real estate agent and my clients and I had a great experience with Tiffany Kallevik. She was friendly, very knowledgeable, not pushy, and truly provided exceptional service. She was always responsive (even when sick), went above and beyond to make sure we had all the info we needed, and was even proactive about sharing town events that were coming up. The build and customer warranty team was great as well.
Tiffany was amazing! She answered every question we had and made my wife and I feel at home. We cant wait to move in!
