The worst manager, no experience, very rude, condescending and unconcern with no previous experience of a Property Manager. The worst part is that we have a Board that’s only run by 2 Board members. The building is so run down, dirty and grimy in the last couple of months. The building is infested with cockroach and mold. Good luck to anyone who invested in this building and is trying to sell. 3605 Kariya Drive Building (The Towne) is the best building I’ve ever lived in, in my 10 years in Canada. Amenities are amazing. The biggest pool in Mississauga condos belong to The Towne. There’s also the hot tub, sauna, gym, party room, pool tables, squash courts, tennis courts, gazebo, picnic tables, outdoor hot-tub, 24-security gate. I love the amazing staff too. This building is in an excellent location due to its close proximity to Square One (a 10 minute walk). It offers great facilities such as Tennis courts, Squash courts, an indoor swimming pool, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzis, guest suites, a theatre room, pool tables and a party room. The building is nicely maintained and the management staff are friendly and efficient. Overall it's a great place to live.
