Nice building
The worst manager, no experience, very rude, condescending and unconcern with no previous experience of a Property Manager. The worst part is that we have a Board that’s only run by 2 Board members. The building is so run down, dirty and grimy in the last couple of months. The building is infested with cockroach and mold. Good luck to anyone who invested in this building and is trying to sell. 3605 Kariya Drive Building (The Towne) is the best building I’ve ever lived in, in my 10 years in Canada. Amenities are amazing. The biggest pool in Mississauga condos belong to The Towne. There’s also the hot tub, sauna, gym, party room, pool tables, squash courts, tennis courts, gazebo, picnic tables, outdoor hot-tub, 24-security gate. I love the amazing staff too. They send out timely communications and do such a wonderful job with maintaining the property. Right across the street is the beautiful Kariya Park, with cherry... read more
