The Town Barre has been great for my mental and physical health. My body feels strong and my mind feels clear and focused while I’m in the studio! It’s so nice to be part of this community in Nolensville. In the words of my 4 yr old son who goes to their childcare during class, “I love going to barre class!”
I highly recommend classes at the Town Barre. The instructors are personal, encouraging participants by name and ending class with optional shoulder press & temple massage. The class content is thorough, a total-body strengthening experience. Brienne is incredibly gifted at leading, challenging, and easing the room.
