I have been with the Town Agency for almost 2 years and this is by far the best agency I have ever been with. Just recently, I had a very serious problem due to an error made by my previous agent where they have entered incorrect date of my cancellation and DMV suspended my ability to renew my registration and even my driving license. Highly recommend! I purchased new home and auto policies - they maintained the same coverages as my old policies but were substantially discounted. The customer service was excellent.
I do not usually write reviews but my savings was so large that I had to. I was paying over $2,700 for my insurance and The Town Agency was able to write a policy with the same coverages for $1,639. My only regret is not switching sooner.
