My mom paid $400 for a consultation only to be told there was nothing Toups Law Firm could do. I think she sent my mom some kind of form to get a doctor to sign but that was it. I probably could have googled this form myself. $400 for a consultation seemed a little strange to me considering most lawyers give free consultations but we paid it anyway hoping that they could help, plus she said it would be applied towards a retainer later if she took the case.
