I started my hair system journey about a year ago in August with another stylist. The salon was expensive and promoted an overall experience that was geared toward listening, understanding and guiding the client through the journey. I received the opposite, a custom piece that shed quickly and fit improperly. There wasn’t any testing of glues and tapes even after explaining my skin sensitivity.
