Hi, we recently had a brand new counter top, sink and faucet installed by Top Shop. We could not be happier with the work that the installer Irv did. He was so professional and he didn’t leave until everything was working perfectly. He was so accommodating to our schedule which we really appreciated as well. The new counter looks amazing thank you so much !!
The top was postponed one week after original delivery date. When delivered it came damaged, know waiting for another 2 weeks for delivery of a new one, no apologies or updates from them. Both delivery dates l have had to take time off work to receive it, this whole project has taken 7 weeks. Terrible experience, would not recommend them.
Store hours shows till 5pm. But when i went there to pick up my counter top at 4pm they won’t let you to pick up after 3pm. My project got delayed and my client is upset now. I know, I could have called them. It was my first order. Now i know. I don’t want this to happen to others.
I called them to see if they had the name of the laminate counter top that Rona had purchased from them for our kitchen install 5 years ago. They quickly brought up our file, provided all the info I needed plus helpful ideas and I wasn't even buying something from them. Thank you for amazing customer service. FYI we were also very happy with the quality and their original install of our counter top 5 years ago.
Worst experience with The Top Shop and haven't even received the counter top yet. -Wrong quote -Extremely bad communication -Call on the spot to deliver the countertop when I asked for a call in advance as a courtesy since I have a job and needed to take time off to receive the countertop -Delivery time quoted is completely different than real delivery time If I knew Home Depot hired this company to do the work, I would have found another option
