It's completely insane to me that companies now days operate so terribly. I asked to speak with the owner and the guy that answered the phone said "nope, you can send him an email and he might respond". Kansas City is far too small to be addressing potential customers like that.
We had a good experience with Top Shop. After the initial visit to measure, they came out on the agreed upon day and installed our laminate countertops in an hour and 15 minutes. Very happy with the results.
Oh these guys are the best u will ever find !
