I love this place. I even go out of my way to come here. Everyone there is awesome and very friendly. My fav is Shane, I hope I spelled his name correctly, anyways his customer service is always the top, he's the reason I go out of my way to go there. He knows wat I like, wat I would like to try that's new, goes out of his way to help me out all the time. Will never come here again. My cart was not working on my pen and I asked for an exchange and the lady took my cart outside plugged it into her pen and HIT MY CART and gave it back to me and said there was nothing she could do. First off isn’t that not allowed to be partaking at work? Secondly why the hell would she put her mouth on my dab pen and then refuse to exchange it?! Disgusting!
Honestly I’m done coming to this weed store. They overcharge on everything! Also several of the employees are rude. I highly recommend going to Lucky leaf downtown instead. #topshelfsucks
