I'm a regular customer, and the staff are knowledgeable when it comes to there products. And greet you with a smile (it's like you've been friends for years) and if they don't know something they'll find out for you, I also mention to people I see and tell them about the company. And that I highly recommend with out a doubt. So if anyone lives or comes out to airway heights definitely go check out the amazing staff at TOP SHELF. Will never come to this shop again. The lady with the curly hair is rude as hell! Went in for prerolls and got WAY overcharged. She was extremely rude the entire time and didn't help with anything. I started asking her about the prerolls and she cut me off and said "I don't know". This was the only store I was coming to. Never again. I'll take my business down the street to Toker Friendly #topshelfsucks
