Courteous, thorough and professional. Advised me that the counters were extremely dirty, which likely they were, after having tenants and needed to be cleaned prior to fixing the chips on the counter edges and we had him repair the deteriorating epoxy counter seams at the same time. Thank you for your professionalism and excellent customer service.

We had him remove the old epoxy grout and replace that of which my husband said was not up to par so I took a star off for that. Other than that, Don is The Top Doc. Thank you. BEWARE, I do not typically leave reviews but Don or the "Top Doc" cost me money! The way he handles himself is wildly unprofessional and does not warrant even close to a 4.8 rating on here or A+ on BBB; I left a review there to warn others too. No professionalism whatsoever. He scheduled an appointment for later in the week, bailed at the last moment, and then wanted me to wait yet another week despite knowing that I needed it done soon. Don did an amazing job fixing our quartz countertop; he was on time, cleaned up after and the price was very reasonable.
We were referred to Don through a contractor and couldn’t be happier with the service. We needed to repair a few deep scratches on our newly installed hardwood floor, as well as a broken corner of a bathroom tile that occurred during a shower tile installation.
