Exceptional clinic with world class clinicians and a wonderful front desk. Sadly, only grumpy patients leave reviews for clinics, so the rating here is hardly indicative of the standard of this clinic.
The psychiatrist I was seeing was great however it takes forever for any sort of paperwork to be organised. My psychiatrist and myself were sorting out my GP to prescribe me medication as I couldn't see them at a convenient time anymore. This was almost a year ago. When I went to my GP to receive a new script they let me know they hadn't gotten the correct paperwork. As a result I couldn't get my medication. very happy and grateful to have a specialist as thorough and caring as Dr Panackal.
If I could give it Zero I would Sent a referral a month ago and received no communication. After following up several times I have called again to find out they have rejected as they have reached capacity. The receptionist could not even locate me in the system
