I've had an appointment booked for months. I call to tell them my coverage has changed and she didn't even get the information on my new coverage put me on a 5 second hold came back and said oh we don't take it. I replied you didn't even ask me for the new coverage information so how would you even know. She made excuse. She was very rude and unprofessional. Please don't even waste your time with these people.
Dental staff was courteous. Dental Hygienist did a very good and friendly during my semi-visit.
Unfortunately, my dental hygienist Tiffany has left the practice. I had a different hygienist which I found to be a little bit rough.
