There’s an issue with their billing, they know it and don’t know how to issue refunds properly. Baffling - the rest of the office is wonderful and I’m happy to remove this review once they figure it out…
We have a wonderful experience every time we visit Tooth Ferry. Dr. Megan and her entire team, including the front desk staff, are incredibly caring and supportive of our son.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Megan and the Tooth Ferry! My kids do not love going to the dentist and are very uncooperative. They both have neurodivergence’s that make these kinds of experiences difficult, on the best of days. Everyone here is patient and kind to a fault and goes above and beyond to make my children feel safe and comfortable. And Ophelia at the desk is also so kind and helpful! Love this place!
Great experience, definitely will be back!
