Great first-time dentist experience for my 16-month-old. Gentle and patient. And some great toys to play with as a nice distraction. She actually didn’t want to leave!
We’ve been coming to the Tooth Ferry since our son got his first tooth, and we have had nothing but positive experiences. Dr. Posthuma and her team make my son feel so at ease there, explaining everything they do before they do it and finding ways to get him excited about a simple cleaning. To give you an idea of how comfortable they make him, our toddler yells “dentist dentist!!” and runs excitedly to the car for the appointment. We brought our 14-month-old for our first dentist appointment and we are so glad we found the Tooth Ferry! The team was so friendly and welcoming, and handled a small toddler like total pros. She didn’t even cry (which is not like her)! The dentist gave us some great advice in terms of preparing to wean off the pacifier based on how her teeth were looking - all super supportive. Would highly recommend anyone bring their kiddos here!
