Dr.Nour and her lovely assistant were kind, patient and so skillful. I was absolutely terrified to have an extraction and they assured, and reassured me and gave me tons of time to calm down, made sure I was ready and comfy and then did the procedure with such skill and care. I am so grateful. Highly recommend.
Dr. Nour is by far the most unprofessional, unpleasant, and rude dentist I have ever interacted with. Dentists have been a phobia of mine since I was a child but I have always been able to have a semi positive experience as all the dentists I have seen have seemed to genuinely care. Dr. Nour came in and didn’t even introduce herself before going immediately into my mouth. I've visited this clinic multiple times and can confidently say that Dr. Nour is a highly professional, knowledgeable, and caring dentist. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and ensures her patients feel comfortable and well cared for.
Very unorganized. I took work off to be at an appointment today , and they told me that I wasn't booked today. Also was very nasty by telling me I'm mistaken , and I don't know what I'm talking about. Very unprofessional receptionist
When I needed help the most this place came through when all others refused to help, I have horrible teeth I was unable to eat solids after one visit I felt a million times better I even got to keep a tooth for fun. I want to thank doctor Noir for her compation and understanding. I am on ODSP and everything was covered. Always cheerful made me feel safe, thank you again 😊
