the best doctor and nice with a light hand when she does cleaning. Also, the office is really kind and helpful.
The reception is the only good thing about this place! A good dentist needs to hire her! The dentist here is rude and made me feel horrible. During a cleaning she broke my tooth and didn't even care. I do not recommend taking the chance and going here you could end up worse off like me.
Just had a filling done and assessment on a cracked tooth today. I was super nervous but the receptionist was welcoming and made me feel calmer answering any questions I had. Dr.Nour and her assistant were amazing super nice , friendly, always let me know what was happening. I have to come back for a root canal soon. I recommend this location for anyone who is less then comfortable going to dentists , who just need work done and or use ODSP. They know the procedures and made everything really easy. Dr.Nour and her lovely assistant were kind, patient and so skillful. I was absolutely terrified to have an extraction and they assured, and reassured me and gave me tons of time to calm down, made sure I was ready and comfy and then did the procedure with such skill and care. I am so grateful. Highly recommend.
Dr. Nour is by far the most unprofessional, unpleasant, and rude dentist I have ever interacted with. Dentists have been a phobia of mine since I was a child but I have always been able to have a semi positive experience as all the dentists I have seen have seemed to genuinely care. Dr. Nour came in and didn’t even introduce herself before going immediately into my mouth.
