Broken tooth wisdom tooth coming in wholenleft side of face is infected.. i ha e coverage for these things he pputs a stick with the mirror in my mouth send me to a surgeon that takes two weeks to get into family doctor gives me anti biotics go to another dental place treated better and fixed everything with a cleaning in one daythank god because the pain was herendous this guy is about money insirance and coverage pays less so he does less from my experience very un happy with them
I went to this dentist before for teeth cleaning and he was the best. So I decided to go with my son to check his cavities. That dentist was not there and for opening his mouth I got charged $153. Feel ripped off. At least for this they should have taken his wiggly baby tooth out.
Had a root canal procedure. Doctor never told me he left a instrument in my tooth while doing root canal and no x ray was done after root canal which is procedure. I have been calling for two weeks trying to get a call. I was told the regional office would contact me and they still have not. The receptionist called me ignorant for being upset over a serious legal matter. Do not come to this office unless you want to be filing for mal practice. This place is a nightmare.
Their management is terrible and always changes the appointment time. Even after rescheduling to an earlier time, they made me wait too long in their office to start any procedure, multiple times! Very bad in communication. They set up multiple appointments that I'm not even aware of. Then suddenly calls me and starts bragging about appointments and tries to teach punctuality being rude, but doesn't ever respect my time! They never receive any calls or check voicemails. The staff here are very welcoming and supportive as well as quick and thorough with their patient's dental care.
