My husband & I have been going there for a few years now, a few years ago the regular dentist retired & now it’s very different never know who is going to treat you.Never seems to be the same dentist. My husband recently went in for a filling & after about 45 minutes to an hour of the dentist digging he finally told her to stop! She put a filling in but for the last few weeks he has been in pain & having headaches! This was the worst experience I've ever had at a dentist. First I went in and they took x-rays but they didn't took x-rays of all my teeth and when I told her I had cavities in my top teeth she told me no those are stains. I then went on to explain to her that I had X-rays done last year at a different location and yes they are indeed cavities so they sent me back to get more X-rays. Very efficient and gentle! Staff are nice too.
Went for a cleaning and was not satisfied at all. I have been going to this location since I was a child and since it’s been taken over by someone new I’m not satisfied with the service at all. My cleaning took maybe half an hour and when I left my teeth did not feel clean at all and I could still feel tartar on the back of my bottom teeth. In the past, cleanings were always done very thoroughly and I always left with my teeth feeling clean. I will not be going here anymore. Time to find a new dentist.
