I find it necessary to balance some of the more recent ๐๐๐๐ critical "reviews" which strike me as being unfair, and nasty personal attacks on staff, with whom I have had nothing but helpful, professional interactions over many years. The old lady receptionist is terrible, we had appointment today. I took a day off and came to the clinic, she cancelled our appointment without our permission, she just wasted our day. I don't think she knows what she's doing.ย
