The best dentist I have been to ever! and I have been to a few, and been traumatised, as a child and adult. When I said I was terrified and gave a list of what not to do like, tap my teeth with metal or blow air in cavities, or use a hook. I thought they would laugh me out of the place. Instead Susan took it in her stride, building trust, and was so calm and caring. She always goes at my pace, and stops to check if I'm ok. Our children have been seeing The Tooth Co team for the last 3 years (predominantly Marcella and Tanya) and have consistently had very positive experiences. I'm so grateful that our children get to grow up excited to visit their dentist rather than dreading their appointments - we feel very lucky to have such wonderful, kind, knowledgeable professionals looking after them.
The Tooth Company at Smales Farm is excellent and has always been so. I’ve been a client for a long time and they’re always very courteous and professional. One time, a friend of mine from Hungary, who also has top-notch dental clinics, wanted to see for himself how high the standard was. He was extremely impressed. The only weak point is likely some people at their reception. Firstly, they forget to book you in, which is not good for the Tooth Company or the client.
