I have never had a bad experience with the Tooth Company, and I have been a patient there for 20 years! The service is great, and the staff are great at what they do.
Very disappointing experience. I moved to Auckland and paid $295 for a 45-minute consultation to transfer my ongoing orthodontic treatment. The entire consultation lasted only around 15 minutes, and the actual assessment of my teeth took about 5 minutes. After a very quick look, she told me there was nothing more that could be done, despite the obvious gaps still between my teeth, and refused to take over my treatment. You get it?!
