Josh is AMAZING! He helped my husband and I navigate through a rough patch in our marriage. Right off the start I can immediately connect with Joshua on a deep personal level. I’m a very direct person and it’s very refreshing to be able to speak with someone who knows how to communicate with me in a way I will understand. I feel heard and supported which is crucial. Every weekly session I have with Joshua never feels like a lecture or that he’s talking over me but rather a genuine friend that wants to see the best in me and wants to see me grow. Absolutely grateful to have met the guy.
I have seen several therapists over the course of my life, and Josh is by far the best therapist I've ever worked with. He used really out of the box, results based techniques during marriage counseling with myself and my husband that worked VERY well. We still see Josh as a couple when needed, but I also do therapy alone with Josh. Mental health is incredibly important and I see this as preventative care and maintenance.
