I made an appointment online on a Friday during business hours for the next day. I filled out the forms that were sent via email. When I arrived no one was there. I waited over 30 minutes and left 2 voicemails. It’s Wednesday and I still have not heard from anyone at the office. I figured someone would call on Monday to apologize for the mixup and try to reschedule me, at this point I am not interested. The facility itself looked dirty and disorganized.

I have been to The Tonic Room several times and had a great experience every single time. Not only do they offer incredible services that have me feeling better every time I leave, but the staff is incredible. They are knowledgeable and always looking to help you in the best way possible. I will continue to visit The Tonic Room for all my IV therapy needs and recommend them to everyone I know.
Establishment is clean, staff are super friendly highly recommended!
