had the southwest salad with blackened shrimp — so good! even better than i imagined, and the shrimp was truly perfect. (brought mine around the corner to argenta)
The Toku Truck has got it going on! Everything on the menu is outstanding. The food is fresh, nourishing, and SO yummy. Everything is homemade using top notch ingredients and so flavorful. Must try, you won’t be disappointed!
First visit and my food was soooo good! Delicious iced chai, as well. Cannot wait to return to try other menu items.

Loved it, definitely recommend for a quick brunch! My partner and I stopped by on our vacation & it was everything we wanted! The chocolate PB shake was so nourishing and yummy! The Maine RX smoothie was fruity and energizing for a hot summer day. We always seek smoothies made from fresh, whole ingredients (without all the added sugar like too many chains do) SO we were super happy with Toku Truck's.
