Great service, he is respectful and always extremely helpful. I have used him 3 times for 3 different problems.
You won’t get any help from this character if the “warehouse” is closed. My water heater started leaking on Saturday. I called the Home warranty company and “the toilet guy” is who they have as a plumbing contractor to replace leaking water heater. The conversation went like this..... He told me the warehouse is closed till Tuesday!! I suggested Home Depot or Lowe’s? Well that’s how we make our money. Don’t waste your money on non service oriented companies!
