Absolutely love Toasted Yolk! Every location I’ve visited has been consistently great, and the Port Arthur spot is no exception. I nearly always order the biscuits and gravy with poached eggs. At some locations, the gravy can be a bit bland, but not today. Everything was flavorful and perfectly seasoned. The Toasted Yolk is by far, hands down, the best spot in town for brunch. The atmosphere is wonderful from the cheerful playlist, to the dedicated servers. My husband and I had a delicious breakfast and our server Destiny could not possibly have done a better job of taking care of us. She was extremely kind, attentive, and simply just a breath of fresh air. We walked out feeling ready to conquer the day. My girlfriend and I love the toasted yolk! Today we stopped in for a visit, had a couple of mimosas and brunch with Destiny. 10/10 service, she absolutely made our day after an awful experience at a brunch spot down the road. Ask for Destiny! She will take good care of you.
Food is really yummy and made fresh... definitely worth the hour drive every Sunday . No microwaves are used. I stopped eating at practically every restaurant since they opened.
