I’ve come here many times and never had any issues. However this time specifically was terrible. The wait was long so you would assume the restaurant was packed. It wasn’t. Many booths and tables were open. I ordered the southwest arnold. I was surprised to find what looked like wood chips in my food. The waitress tried to tell me it was onions from the hashbrown casserole….then the manager proceeded to tell me that it was the overcooked turkey… the Arnold comes with lunch meat turkey..you don’t cook that like regular meat. ... read more
Delicious food! We got the brisket scramble, hashbrown casserole and mimosas. We'll be back... the menu is huge! We waited about 15 minutes at the table before anyone came by, thank you Brian for taking care of us when you realized we hadn't been helped.
I’m a little disappointed that I have to write such a horrible review. I would like to start off with the positive feedback before going into the negative. Customer service when walking into the establishment was good. We were greeted by the host and then seated. As time went past things declined. My husband and I waited for 10-15 mins as we watched other employees walking by not speaking nor asking if we wanted a beverage. Brian was an excellent server from start to finish! He stayed on top of everything without being overbearing and kept our table perfectly taken care of the whole time. Our food came out quickly, was absolutely delicious, and the service was top tier. If y’all come here, look for the big guy with glasses and the flamboyant personality that’s the man you want serving you! Highly recommend asking for Brian!
