We celebrated my nephew's 18th birthday here and had the absolute best experience! We had a party of 20, and the entire team was incredibly accommodating from start to finish. The two young men at the host stand were so helpful, welcoming, and kind. Our server, Jose, was fantastic! I came here for the first time. I sat at the bar and the waitress that served me couldn't even bother to crack a smile. I also had to ask her for a spoon for my coffee and even after she served me my meal I still hadn't received any Cutlery or a napkin. I've eaten here several times & always was pleased with the service & staff . Today 5.30.26 I walked in & asked the bartender for a cup of ice as I was just leaving my sauna appt next door at Restore & who ever the bartender is at this time ATTITUDE ABSOLUTELY SUCKS. ITS FREE TO SMILE & BE POLITE . I was a server with impeccable work ethic all over Jax from hooters down to a jazz club so it really disturbs me when people give shitty service .
