I had such a wonderful brunch at The Toasted Yolk! You can really feel how much the staff cares, they made us feel right at home. Our food came out quickly and everything tasted incredible. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!
My wife and I were hungry and ready for a great breakfast. This did not happen though. My wife ordered an omelette and the mushrooms were sour. We eat a lot of mushrooms and these were bad taste and texture. These were beyond “not fresh “, these were spoiled. The omelette was inedible. She never got her GF toast. I had to ask for sugar, salt/pepper, etc. That did eventually arrive. I ordered extra crispy bacon and it was limp and practically raw on the bottom side. The omelet had spoiled cheese in it. The manager took it off my bill and tried to explain why it happened but I won't be back.
I had a club sandwich, the bread was soggy and fell apart
Didn’t expect this restaurant to be so bad, but it was. Disappointing for being so close to home. This review is for Saturday 10/18. 1. Hostess did not want to get high chair for the table, so she had me wait on the waiter to get it. 2. To pay what I did for juice for each person, I was shocked that not only do they not provide complimentary refills, they serve it in their tiny water cups only. Way to steal. 3.
