I came in to pick up my food, only was able to get any greeting from the host. The bar employees CONTINUOUSLY walked past me and didn't even speak I had to ask the host to get their attention because they wouldn't give me the time of day to pick up MY food. Completely unacceptable and unsatisfied with the service.
girl at the bar with the glasses actually need to be taught customer service skills and basic manner skills. actually ridiculous how she doesn’t speak back, won’t greet you and while having your hand out to grab something she proceeds to slam it on the counter.
Stopped by the Toasted Yolk location at I-10 & 99. Jamal was our waiter and he was AWESOME! Very personable and professional. He did not rush our service. It started raining & he kept the coffee coming even though we had already paid. I hope management realizes what they have with Jamal. The biggest reason I don’t eat out is because of poor service. We will definitely be eating here again. The food was excellent too! Only reason atmosphere scored lower was because of several screaming kids. Maybe that’s to be expected.
I have came here twice. I like the tosted bread with fried eggs. Great breakfast. It was crowded on the weekends too.
