Omelets are good. They are large, and filling. Coffee is weakly brewed and sometimes lukewarm.
Everything but I love the donut churros!
I ordered the namesake, the toasted yolk with sausage and hash brown casserole. Egg was cooked exactly how I asked and the casserole was nice and cheesy!
Great atmosphere and good food!! It's a noisy place, though, so be prepared to have to yell! Ha!
